Anna Kyle Elementary School is located in the heart of the Sacramento Valley midway between the state capital and the Oakland/San Francisco Bay Area.
A Title I school, we have 800 students and 45 teachers. We are dedicated to providing a quality education to all our students in cooperation with parents and the community.
School Facilities
Anna Kyle Elementary is located on Kidder Avenue in the City of Fairfield. The School currently consists of 39 classrooms, a library, student and staff restrooms, and multi-purpose room with a kitchen and a staff room.
Over the summer of 2004, portable buildings were replaced with permanent classroom buildings, the playground area was enhanced, and a center quad area was created to assure adequate supervision at recesses. As part of this transformation, the site acquired an additional parking/drop off area to bring cars away from the school buildings and allow better flow of traffic.
The new buildings are 960 square feet each, with a modern stucco exterior, a pitched roof, and up-to-date interior enhancements that include ample storage space for teachers, a built-in learning wall which includes sliding white boards, and a TV/VCR cabinet safely enclosed within the casework.. The classrooms also include a high degree of natural lighting with windows on both sides and a peak window in the roof.
